We strive to provide the highest quality service. However, we do not guarantee the removal of all stains, especially those caused by pre-existing damage or specific fabric conditions. If you are unsatisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your items.

4. Pickup and Delivery

Pickup and delivery times are subject to availability. We will make every effort to meet the agreed schedule, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Please ensure items are ready for pickup at the agreed location and time.

5. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the items to be cleaned, including any specific cleaning instructions. We are not liable for any damage to items that were not disclosed or labeled with specific care requirements.

6. Liability

While we take the utmost care with your garments, Angel Bubble Laundry is not responsible for any damage resulting from fabric defects, improper care instructions, or wear and tear beyond normal use. Our liability is strictly limited to the cleaning fee you have paid for the service. We are not liable for any damage that occurs due to issues beyond our control, including pre-existing conditions or improper care instructions provided by the customer.
